I've had these flip flops for about 3 years now, bought them at a Nike store in Beijing. They're very loyal and comfortable. I've bought several different pairs of flip flops since then, but none of them could match up to these dudes. I never found out what the number 90 means.

kevinpw > Nocturnal! Finally! After waiting for 2-3 months, Nocturnal Festival is finally here! I tried to give this picture an eerie feeling. I don't think it turned out great, but I couldn't care less because I'M TOO EXCITED ABOUT THIS EVENT!!

Well I actually do care how this picture looks. If anyone can give any idea on how to make this picture look better, please share.

On top of that, I am trying to force myself to take pictures inside the apartment, believing that inspiration can be found anywhere. I had a frustratingly hard time deciding what to shoot, and every shot just looked ugly.

Then I got a Save-the-date from my friend Emily. Thanks for giving me a subject to shoot! Purple being her favorite color, the whole damn thing was purple, from the envelope to the ribbon to the heart to the lettering. As she is a musical prodigy, I just had to place it on top of the piano. Congratulations! :)

I rented a Nikon 50mm f/1.4G today from borrowlenses.com. I wanted to play with it of course, but was too lazy to go outside, so I just started shooting whatever around the house. It was very hard to find inspiration inside my boring apartment, so I'll settle for this one. I like this lens a lot. The wider aperture helps a lot with exposure, and it gives great bokeh too. Not used to not having zoom though, so I had to move around a lot, but I'm ok with that.
